REFUND POLICY

We take pride in providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of books, workbooks, planners, journals, and educational materials, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical products unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at success@jackieaje.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, a replacement item will be provided at no additional cost.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including ebooks, downloadable workbooks, templates, guides, planners, and digital resources are non refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are non refundable unless the error was caused by Jackie Aje.
