OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Road to 1K Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Jackie Aje / Jackie Aje Media LLC (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Amazon, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, or Shopify.
Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. The Amazon eGift Card included as part of the prize is purchased/provided by Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Road to 1K Giveaway page at JackieAje.com and complete and submit the official giveaway entry form.
No purchase is necessary.
Limit one entry per person during the Giveaway Period.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
Following or subscribing to Jackie Aje on any social media platform is appreciated but is not required to enter or win and does not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) eligible winner will receive the Road to 1K Giveaway Grand Prize consisting of:
• One $100 Amazon eGift Card
• One $30 JackieAje.com Shopping Credit
• One digital edition of The Everyday Entrepreneur Blueprint
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is the combined regular retail value of the items listed above.
No cash alternative will be provided for Jackie Aje digital products or shopping credit. Prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or component with an item of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize.
6. Entrant Discount
Eligible entrants may receive a promotional code for 15% off an eligible digital purchase at JackieAje.com after submitting an entry.
Receiving or using this discount is not required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not provide an additional entry and does not increase the odds of winning.
The promotional discount is subject to its stated expiration date and any applicable exclusions or restrictions.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
After the Giveaway Period ends, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the official entry form.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification.
If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are lost, blocked, filtered as spam, undeliverable, or sent to an incorrect email address supplied by an entrant.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, deliver prizes, prevent fraud or duplicate entries, and otherwise operate the promotion.
Entrants who separately opt in to receive marketing communications may also receive Jackie Aje news, content, resources, product information, and promotional offers. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win, and recipients may unsubscribe from marketing communications.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the privacy policy available on JackieAje.com.
10. YouTube Disclosure
YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is not responsible for its administration, endorsement, or prizes.
By participating, entrants release YouTube from any and all liability related to this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Giveaway must be conducted consistently with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries or conduct that violate those guidelines may be disqualified.
YouTube’s official contest policy requires this sponsor/release language and the Community Guidelines provision.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits false information, uses automated entry methods, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the platforms and companies identified above from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such limitation or release is prohibited by law.
13. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
