Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jackie Aje. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using trusted carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order will depend on the product, package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website at the time of purchase.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Jackie Aje is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. You may also contact us at success@jackieaje.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
